By using mainframecreative.com or submitting a project brief, you agree to these terms. Mainframe Creative ("we", "the studio") provides design, brand, and software services on a project basis.
Project briefs
Submitting a brief through The Vault does not create a binding contract. It initiates a conversation. Scope, timeline, and fees are defined in a separate statement of work before work begins.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables remain the property of Mainframe Creative until full payment. Upon payment, agreed deliverables transfer to the client per the statement of work.
Website content
Case studies, portfolio work, and Dispatch posts are provided for informational purposes. Client work is displayed with permission. Do not reproduce studio assets without written consent.
Limitation of liability
The website and Vault intake are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site. Our liability for paid engagements is limited to fees paid under the applicable statement of work.
