What we collect
When you submit a project brief through The Vault, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, project details, and optional budget or website URL. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
How we use it
Brief submissions are used to evaluate and respond to your project inquiry. We may send email notifications to our team via Resend. CRM records are stored in our Vault studio system. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Vault credentials expire 14 days after provision unless a project engagement begins. Contact records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing cre8developer1@gmail.com.
Third-party services
We use Neon (database hosting), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and vaultsuite.co (encrypted brief CRM). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
