Most studios treat the first contact like a formality — a Calendly link, a generic Typeform, maybe a PDF brief template buried in a Notion doc nobody reads.
We wanted something different.
The Vault is our encrypted intake layer. When a client submits a brief, they get a provisioned project space instantly — vault ID, access key, timeline locked in. No waiting for someone to "get back to you Monday."
What it solves

Design decisions
We kept the UI single-column and calm. The configurator on the homepage is step one; The Vault on `/contact` is step two. URL params carry scope selections so clients never re-enter what they already told us.
If you're evaluating studios, pay attention to how they handle the first conversation. It usually predicts everything that comes after.
